Pause and Stop buttons in the sidebar
Running jobs now show Pause and Stop buttons directly in the sidebar. No need to open the job first — control it from anywhere on the dashboard.

Controls now respond instantly
Clicking Pause, Resume, or Stop no longer waits on the server before reacting. The UI updates the moment you click, with automatic rollback if something goes wrong in the background.

Pre-flight analysis now matches reality
The speed and duration estimate shown before you start typing now accurately reflects what the engine will actually do — no more misleading numbers.
February 26, 2026
Typing engine warms up and winds down naturally
Sessions now start slightly slower as if the typist is getting into rhythm, and taper off gently near the end. The first and last 8% of text have subtle speed adjustments that make the session arc feel human.
February 26, 2026
Natural mid-session breaks
The engine now occasionally pauses mid-session the way a real person would — short 5–25 second thinking breaks and rare longer stops of up to a minute. Every session has a unique rhythm.
February 26, 2026
Multi-character mistakes and corrections
Typos now sometimes involve 2–3 wrong characters that get caught and deleted, rather than always a single character. Makes corrections look more authentic.
February 26, 2026
Character-frequency variation
Common letters like E, T, and A are typed slightly faster. Rare letters like Z, Q, and X take a beat longer. Reflects how real typing speed varies across the keyboard.
February 26, 2026
Hand-switching delays
The engine now adds subtle timing changes when the typist alternates between left and right hand — a small penalty on switches, a small bonus on same-hand rolls. Undetectable, but realistic.
February 26, 2026
Smarter pause rhythm
Sentence endings, commas, paragraph breaks, and long words each trigger appropriately sized pauses — sentence ends get a real pause, commas get a brief hesitation. Context-aware timing throughout.
February 26, 2026
Typing speed now hits its target
A series of fixes to the delay calculation, batch sizing, and overhead accounting means the engine reliably reaches the WPM target set at the start, rather than running 20–30% slow.

Dashboard redesigned for desktop
We've reworked the dashboard layout for larger screens. The content area is wider, spacing feels more intentional, and everything is better proportioned when you're working on a PC or laptop. Less cramped, more room to focus.

Rate AI responses with a thumbs up or down
You can now give feedback on any AI reply directly in the chat. Thumbs up if it nailed it, thumbs down if it missed. Your feedback helps us understand what's working so we can keep improving the writing assistant.

Give the AI context from your document
Working on a draft? Paste any text — an essay, article, or notes — as context before you start chatting. The AI will reference it when giving feedback, suggestions, or edits, so responses stay relevant to what you're actually writing. Find it via the document icon in the chat toolbar.

Cleaner navigation — History & Account in the sidebar
We’ve simplified the top bar so the app feels less cluttered. You’ll now find History and Account in the sidebar — same links, easier to scan. Everything else (Home, Dashboard, AI Chat, Admin) stays in the header.

AI Chat now remembers your conversations
Your writing assistant now saves every conversation automatically. Browse your full chat history from the sidebar, pick up where you left off, pin important sessions, and organize them into folders. Your ideas never disappear again.

Send images to your AI writing assistant
You can now paste or upload images directly into AI Chat. Ask Claude to describe, analyze, or give feedback on screenshots, documents, or anything visual. Just paste with Ctrl+V or click the image button in the toolbar.
